Ex enclosure systems
Our explosion-proof enclosures are used wherever extreme conditions prevail. The enclosures from Rose Systemtechnik not only withstand enormous temperature fluctuations, but also guarantee the protection of people, machines and the environment with their resistance.
When selecting an Ex product, various criteria must be taken into account:
- Ex relevant criteria (zones, temperature resistance, dust/gas atmosphere).
- installation location (indoor/outdoor, onshore or offshore)
- the size (depends on the installations)
- the protection function (IP protection class, EMC resistance)
Polyester Ex
The Ex polyester enclosures are also characterized by a high product variety. All enclosures have good insulation properties and the V0 design according to UL. In addition to the empty enclosures, completely pre-assembled enclosures including ATEX and IECEx approval are also offered, which are ready for use immediately upon receipt.

Aluminium Ex
The Ex enclosures made of aluminum are characterized by a high variability in dimensions and by good machining possibilities. The light and robust housings have good chemical resistance and can be used in wide temperature ranges. An EMC version is also offered as an option.

Ex stainless steel
The Ex stainless steel enclosures are available in 40 different versions. Thanks to the corrosion-resistant material, use is even possible in seawater. The housings are available in the 3 versions: Standard version, Ex stainless-steel flange and Ex stainless steel enclosure with hinged lid and have an ATEX, an IECEx and an EAC approval.
