What makes it special: The new MultiControl II duo accu has a special battery adapter to accommodate standard batteries of well-known brands. Stainless steel assembly system

With its new stainless steel assembly system (EMS), RK Rose+Krieger is expanding its range of stainless steel products to include innovative connection elements for installing industrial frame structures made of square or round tubing in the common size 40. Special clamping technology allows easy, quick and safe assembly and disassembly in just a few simple steps.

Individuality as part of the standard portfolio: BOPLA reorganises the 19” range

Only the dimensions are standardised: At the same time as the launch of the product catalogue, Bopla Gehäuse Systeme GmbH are restructuring their range of 19” products. Now the customer-specific assembly systems are divided into subrack and desktop enclosures, small control enclosures for the fitting of 19” subracks and front panels. In addition, BOPLA manufactures non-standard enclosures for PCBs. The ideal solution when developers require a package of services from planning to sampling to series manufacture to packaging – and all available from a single source. This ensures that BOPLA is meeting increased demands and expectations from the market.

Industrial designer Sebastian Hein strengthens the development team

Individual enclosure solutions for which BOPLA deals with every stage of processing, from the initial idea to series production, are becoming increasingly popular. In creating intelligent products and tailor-made product solutions, the enclosure technology specialists combine their interdisciplinary expertise in the design, construction, HMI and electronics sectors to create an all-round carefree package for their customers. Industrial designer Sebastian Hein has recently started to provide his knowhow to the development team.

RK MonoLine Z80 – completely corrosion-protected

New from RK Rose+Krieger: RK MonoLine Z80 – completely corrosion-protected

RK Rose+Krieger has added a completely corrosion-protected version in the widely used size 80 to its series of RK MonoLine belt-driven linear actuators. They are specially designed for automation solutions in areas where ambient or production conditions cause condensation and dripping water to form.

New console versions and a small VESA wall fitting are now part of our product range

The modern designs of BOPLA’s compact enclosures in the BoPad range for the integration of membrane keypads, touch screens and displays not only look good as mobile hand-held devices. As a console variant with an angled operating surface and installation options for market-standard 4.3” to 10.1” touch displays, they really catch the eye as a highly-functional operating terminal on a table or wall. Inspired by customers’ requests, the specialists for enclosure systems have added new enclosure variants to their BoPad range. These include higher console enclosures and also enclosures with a square base area. Also new: integrated holders for the direct mounting of current Raspberry Pi single board computers and a small VESA wall fitting which can be used with all devices in the enclosure ranges.

Bocube Alu in an XXL format: even more space, and with maximum protection!

BOPLA is expanding its Bocube Alu series of robust diecast aluminium enclosures. This new and extra-large enclosure is the Bocube Alu BA 342412F, measuring 340 x 240 x 120 mm. With its maximum IP69 protection class and IK08 impact resistance, this attractive electronics enclosure provides even more protected installation space for sensitive equipment which requires more space. This XXL enclosure in the Bocube Alu series will be introduced to a wider public at electronica 2022. It will go into production starting in the second quarter of 2023.

ITAS inside clamping joint sleeves

With immediate effect, three new joint sleeves have been added to the catalogue range for the RK system for industrial stairs and working platforms (ITAS). The sleeves have a swivelling range of 180° and internal toothing with 15° increments which can be removed for continuously variable adjustment.

Anti-Twist System for RK Light Clamps

RK Rose+Krieger has expanded its range of accessories for single-piece RK Light Clamps plastic tube connectors in the 30 mm size. When used with system configurations, the new Anti-Twist rotation locking system guarantees time savings in assembly and makes for simple adjustment of the construction.

E-II stainless steel – Now with extended temperature range up to 150°C

The E-II stainless-steel range of 100% corrosion-resistant, single-tube linear units from RK Rose+Krieger has expanded. The new high-temperature versions of these successful stainless-steel actuators feature a special material mix, which makes them suitable for use at temperatures of up to 150°C. They are also available on the market with immediate effect in the widely used sizes 30 and 40.

New: Bocube Alu S – screws, not hinges

Starting now, BOPLA is offering its robust aluminium diecast enclosures in the successful Bocube Alu series with another closure option. In addition to the standard hinged version with two cover screws and a folding screw cover, it is also possible to retrofit a quick-release fastener for completely toolless opening and closing of the cover. The “S” variant with four cover screws has been added to the series to deal with especially demanding mechanical applications.

Illuminated membrane keypads from BOPLA

As a system supplier, enclosure specialist BOPLA also has special levels of expertise in developing and mounting man-machine interfaces. BOPLA, based in Bünde, offers a wide range of ultra-modern technologies which ensure maximum operating safety, even in poor light conditions and dark work environments.

New enclosures provide space for automation technology

BOPLA is adding three enclosure sizes to the Bocube product range. The big new plastic enclosures provide sufficient space for the installation of components used in the building or industrial automation sectors. The range extends the two big B 2330 (239 mm x 300 mm) and B 2736 (284 mm x 364 mm) enclosure types by a height of 160 mm. In addition, our B 2613 enclosure with the intermediate size of 271 mm x 125 mm x 60 mm (L x W x H) completes the range.

New: Modular mast bracket for all BOPLA industrial enclosures

Modular, easy-to-fit, robust: With the new mast bracket, BOPLA provides a practical solution for the secure fitting to masts, posts, poles or pipes of Euromas and Bocube industrial enclosures. The modular system consists of a mast bracket, a set of screws and a mast clamp. The special feature: BOPLA’s entire range of several hundred sizes and versions of industrial enclosures can be used with only five different mast bracket types. The positioning of the enclosures is not important, because fitting can be either vertical or horizontal.

RKX software – control configuration made easy

With the newly developed RKX software, RK Rose+Krieger now makes it easier for users of the MultiControl II drive controller to configure individual control profiles. Instead of using hand switches, the system can now be operated conveniently and much quicker from a PC. This software has two distinct advantages over comparable solutions. It displays motor currents and other operating parameters in real time – even in bus systems with up to 32 drives – and allows service and fault histories to be read out and exported.

NEW: Multilift II lifting column with internal carriage

The new member of the Multilift II lifting column family is the ideal solution wherever a vertical adjusting movement is required in combination with a defined installation dimension. As a dual-column system, the lifting column with internal carriage, strokes lengths of up to 500 mm and fixing slots in the external profile, is predestined for material lifting mechanisms next to a height-adjustable assembly workstation.

RK MonoLine linear unit - new sizes and integrated holding system

From now on, linear units of the type RK MonoLine Z and RK MonoLine MT with deflection-optimized profiles in sizes 80x120 and 80x160 complement the portfolio. At the same time, RK Rose+Krieger expanded the RK MonoLine MT series of axles to include models with an integrated holding system (Safelock) to secure the load in a vertical arrangement.

Turnkey HMI systems for demanding applications

In BOPLA’s customer-specific capacitive operating units, the “intelligence” is integrated in the keypad and not on the PCB. What makes this possible is a touch sensor membrane printed with flexible electronics. By using this, even bent surfaces can be converted to HMIs, and backlit key surfaces can be manufactured. At the same time, these systems are much more user-friendly and durable than capacitive keypads, but much less prone to failure. They are ideal for use in applications with high mechanical loads or demanding hygiene-related standards.

Polysafe enclosure: vandal-proof, maximum corrosion resistance

With its new glass fibre reinforced Polysafe products, BOPLA is now offering a range of enclosures for indoor and outdoor use. These enclosures provide an extremely high level of mechanical resistance to chemicals and UV irradiation. An intrusion protection system ensures that the switch cabinet enclosures are also suitable for installation in the public sector. The light and at the same time especially robust electronics enclosures with protection class IP66 are available in eight sizes.

RK Rose+Krieger is expanding its product range of aluminium (Solid Clamps) and plastic (Light Clamps) tube connectors to include a total of seven clamping elements with a size 18 ball joint.

ALUBOS – new versions of an old classic

BOPLA is expanding its range of aluminium enclosures and taking this opportunity to add new variants to the ALUBOS series, which has been marketed so successfully for 25 years. In order to meet its customers’ requirements, the enclosure specialist from Bünde is offering the three most important profile cross-sections of the classic item with a new heat sink solution. In addition, the ALUBOS enclosures now include a horizontally-divided version and optional wall brackets for even easier mounting.

New: Cable glands now also available in black

Bopla Gehäuse Systeme GmbH’s range of accessories consists of more than 100 different cable glands and pressure compensation elements – all of them compatible with the company’s electronics enclosures. Starting now, many of these articles are available not only in light-grey plastic or nickel-plated brass, but also as standard in black plastic.

Sneeze / droplet guard for point of sale, open-plan offices and reception areas

The protection of employees and customers from a corona infection is currently a priority. RK Rose+Krieger has developed a sneeze guard system which can be adapted individually in size and design to suit the local conditions. Whether it's a stand-up model for counters, partitions suspended from the ceiling made from transparent plastic (polycarbonate) or larger partitioning systems for supermarket checkout areas – everything can be implemented quickly and simply.

Height-adjustable monitor floor stand

With the new height-adjustable monitor floor stand, RK Rose+Krieger is expanding its "RK monitor holder" product range to include a robust, ergonomic standing workstation for industry. The work surface and monitor mounting are supported by a stable triple column system and can be adjusted conveniently by hand to the size of the respective user.

Maximum protection in challenging environmental conditions

Their design is attractive, and at the same time they are especially robust – they are the electronics enclosures in BOPLA’s Alubos, Alustyle and Bocube Alu series. In particular, Bocube aluminium enclosures with IP69 ingress protection are unaffected by high pressure water jets, submersion or chemicals. Their high level of mechanical stability is impressive, as are their good EMC screening and UV and temperature change resistance. These characteristics mean that they are ideal for use in especially harsh environments both above and below ground, and for outdoor use in the classic mechanical engineering, traffic technology or renewable energies sectors.

EPX-II KG – twin-tube linear actuator with ball screw drive

Whether occasional or a dynamic movement – with the linear units of the EP(X)-II product line RK Rose+Krieger provides robust solutions for precise positioning of medium to high loads in any installation position. The company from Minden has now expanded its innovative line to include twin-tube linear actuators with ball screw drive. The new EPX-II KG linear units are highly precise, provide maximum flexibility, and are 100% compatible with the existing EP(X) product range.

MultiControl II quadro: upgraded lifting column controller for even more flexibility

Following the premium version of the tried-and-tested MultiControl II duo lifting column controller which was shown for the first time at the Hanover Messe 2019, RK Rose+Krieger is now introducing the MultiControl II quadro. A basic version and premium version of this upgraded variant will also be available for delivery.

Digital printing – the flexible process for designing user-specific electronics enclosures

In addition to mechanical processing, BOPLA’s services also include the visual adaptation of electronics enclosures to match both their use and the customer’s corporate design. The digital printing process is a flexible – and often low-cost – technology for the individual design of electronics enclosures, from the individual part right up to series production.

RK Rose+Krieger has upgraded its system for task-specific, ergonomic workstations.The height of its work benches is now adjusted via the lifting columns of the Multilift II family.

Product range now includes new cable glands and pressure compensation elements

In order to be able to deal with even more applications, Bopla Gehäuse Systeme GmbH has added 15 more cable glands and three pressure compensation elements to its comprehensive range of enclosure accessories. The list of accessories now comprises more than 100 cable glands and pressure compensation elements which are compatible with all BOPLA’s electronics enclosures.

Height adjustable monitor support arms

The connecting technology division has added two new support arm models to the RK monitor mounting systems product portfolio.
